We continue to build a log house in the woods using hand tools. We finish the thatch on the roof of the bushcraft saxon house. Using our hands and a piece of flat wood, we blend the thatching of the roof to make it better for rain to run off. I then climb the wood ladder to the top of the roof and tie in the ridge rolls ready for the final part of the roof build.
